The Grendon St house, by Richard Wilden Design, won the 2013 ADNZ residential interiors, residential alterations and additions, and colour in design awards. The client brief for ''The Glass Room'' was to use the existing structure of a 1960s house to create a new, warm, light-filled kitchen and living area connecting to a four-seasons deck.
Speights Brewery, Dunedin has now opened it's doors to the public.
August 2017, saw the old part of the brewery renovated and turned into a tourist destination. Guided tours are now offered through the history of Speights and it's beer making operations, which finish up at the plush tasting room and gift store.

Otago University Plaza - A state of the art sports and learning facility.
The south side of the building boasts numerous courts for many different indoor games such as basketball, indoor football, badmington, table tennis, aerobics and other classes and sports. It also houses several very well equipped gyms.
The north side of the building houses the University of Otago Language Centre, a world-class educational institute that provides the perfect platform for further studies.

A bold design, Toitu is now an iconic building not far from Dunedin's city centre. Its brief covers the territory of the old Otago Province, that is, New Zealand from the Waitaki River south. It is New Zealand's oldest and most extensive history museum and is located in the heart of the city close to other prominent buildings such as the Dunedin Railway Station, some 500 metres from the city centre (The Octagon).
Designed by architect Robert Tong in conjunction with Baker Garden architects and built by Lund McIntyre Construction.
Client: Dunedin City Council
